68So, vitamins have been around ostensively since the first days of, well, anything, I would imagine. Researchers have concluded that living organisms and people need these so called vitamins to live and breath. While this is a no brainer, where do we get our vitamins and what do the vitamins actually do?
For instance some of the more popular vitamins are these:
- Vitamin D, a great source of this vitamin is found in milk for instance and reaserch has shown that milk helps your bones grow and maintain their density and strength.
- Vitamin A, Mother always tells you to eat your carrots because if you don't you will go blind. And if these scare tactics made popular by the catholcs don't work, maybe just make a shake with this healthy ingredient involved because carrots help you see at night like a friggin kitty.
- Vitamin C, Yes orange juice has made this wonderful vitamin a household name and for good reason because oranges help your body heal if you get a cut, that seems to be a fairly vital function especially if you are a little one.
- B vitamins, or as I like to call them, "the energy store" are often found in leafy green vegetables and this vitamin helps your body make protein and energy.
All in all there are too many vitamins to name but, these few are fairly essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. So like the popular song from Danzig, buy vitamin, maybe you should also think about buying vitamins too. Omega 3 benefits in fish oil is pretty darn important also. So as you can see, so many things make a body healthy.

I know in Hollyweird movies, "The List" gets blown way out of proportion and people start to get crazy with top ten list's and so fourth. Well I hate to follow suit in that mode but I have to in this instance. So here is my top ten for stupid things people have said to me lately. Now these are not the master formula to dumbness. I think as a human speaking on the behalf of all other humans we are capable of much bigger stupidities. I also don't possess the best multivitamin for remedying these silly sayings and the people that say them!

- What the hell is a new vaccum going to accomplish?
- I have allready tried talking now I'm just ready to fight! Have you talked to this particular person about this particular thing? No! I'm just ready for a fight!
- I hate anything that makes me uncomfortable... at first.
- NO!
- Maybe, we will see. (No WE will not see anything. You are going to take a little longer to find a better more humane way of telling me we are not going to have sex!)
- Nothing we do really matters.
- I don't that's flammable.
- Killer whales only eat plants.
